Return
US Orders:
We offer free 30-day returns for all customers if you choose store credit. You can also choose to refund to the original payment method and get a pre-paid shipping label for $5 (which is deducted from the refund), or ship with your own method.
International Orders:
Send your jewelry back within 30 days of receiving the order. You can choose either store credit or refund to original payment method. Buyers will be responsible for shipping the package back to us.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Jewelry must be in its original condition without signs of wear or damage, including perfume, scents...etc.
- All original package must be included, such as tags, pouch and box...etc.
- All personalized jewelry and sales items are not returnable.
Exchange
We provide complimentary exchanges for the same item in a different color or size. If you prefer to exchange for a different product, you can opt for store credit, which includes no additional cost.
